Available Positions:

1. Resident Physician

You will be part of the team of doctors rendering healthcare and providing comprehensive care to our patients for Inpatient Services.

• Existing Registration with Singapore Medical Council
• Basic Medical Degree from recognised universities
• Post-graduate training in Geriatric medicine and/or family medicine
• Experience working with the elderly sick patients
• Ability to speak Mandarin and major dialects is an advantage to liaise with patients and respective associates


2. Paediatric Homecare Staff Nurse

SACH Homecare Services Department is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide home nursing care to paediatric patients living in the community. The successful candidate will be welcomed to the Homecare Services Department, and will be assigned to work in the paediatric homecare nursing team. This programme is run in collaboration with KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital and provides much needed homecare to paediatric patients.

• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
• Experience in Paediatric Nursing Care
• Diploma in Paediatric or relevant paediatric nursing experience
• Cheerful disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills


3. Hospital Orderly

Provide support and assistance to trained nursing staff in the delivery of patient care services. This involves and includes assisting in the maintenance of a clean, orderly and safe ward environment and ensuring that that patients’ meals are served correctly and punctually.
• Assist in making and changing bedsheets
• Assist in meal preparation and serving meals to patients
• Be adept with lifting and transferring of patients
• Maintain good housekeeping of ward/general environment
• Maintain daily cleanliness of utilities, e.g. commode chairs and shower chairs
• Perform despatch duties to other departments and other hospital

• Secondary Education
• Able to read and understand English
• Able to work 2-rotation shifts (Morning 7.00am to 2.30pm / Afternoon 1.00pm to 8.30pm), weekends & public holidays
• Physically fit and able to assist in transferring bedridden residents
• Passion to care for the elderly


4) Occupational Therapist (Locum/Full Time)

You will assess all the patients including dementia patients, compose a care plan, implement evidence based interventions and reviews.  You will conduct training of Therapy Assistant and care staff periodically, quality improvement process and other administrative processes.

• Recognised Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
• Full registration with Allied Health Professions Council
• At least 2 years’ experience in dementia management and geriatric rehabilitation
• Cheerful disposition
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

5) Physiotherapist (Locum/Full Time)

You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide professional and quality geriatric and neurological physiotherapy/occupational therapy to patients.  You are required to participate in patients’ case consultations and meetings.  You will also supervise Therapy Assistants.


• Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy recognised by Allied Health Professions Council
• Full registration with Allied Health Professions Council
• Keen interest in stroke and geriatric rehabilitation
• Dynamic personality, is proactive, customer oriented, and with good public relation and communication skills
• Service mind-set, result-oriented and team player
