Who can enter wards?

• 2 visitors per patient (excluding caregivers) at any one time

Visiting hours

• With effect from 19 January 2026, 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
• When visiting a patient at CGH – SACH Integrated Building, kindly follow CGH Visiting Hours and Guidelines
• Visitors are no longer required to register at Level 1 Reception during visiting hours 

No entry into the hospital

• Visitors below the age of 12
• Unwell (including fever and/or respiratory symptoms e.g. cough, runny nose and shortness of breath)

Visiting guidelines

• Wear your mask (either reusable mask with at least two layers of fabric or surgical mask) at all times in the wards
• Wash your hands with soap or use hand-sanitising lotion before and after bedside visitation
• Do not eat or drink in the wards
• Do not sit on patients’ beds or use patients’ toilets in the wards
• Anyone found verbally or physically abusing our staff will be reported to the authorities
